- Customer chat content processed on behalf of the merchant, if enabled

- Provide, maintain, and improve the App
- Generate AI-assisted answers and product recommendations
- Sync store data and save merchant configuration
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security
- Respond to support requests and service-related communications

We do not sell merchant data. We may share data with service providers used to operate the App, such as:
- Hosting provider: Microsoft Azure
- AI provider: OpenAI
- Monitoring / analytics provider: None currently used
