How do I get started?

1. Install the app in Shopify admin.
2. Open the Home page in the app.
3. Customize your assistant settings.
4. Sync your store data.
5. Enable the assistant on your storefront.

What can the app do?

• Answer customer questions using synced store knowledge
• Recommend relevant products during chat
• Keep assistant knowledge updated with manual or automatic sync

Where do I configure the assistant?

Use the Agent settings page inside the app to update assistant behavior and brand-specific settings.

How do I update synced data?

Use the Manage sync page to run a sync or update scheduled sync preferences.
